Brushed boards clean with nail polish remover.
Bought replacement bridge rectifier as was shorted so had mains 100V AC all over the power board...no fix.
This has a shorted power board transformer secondary winding - hence no rectification and mains ac leakage. No individual transformer replacement available and a whole board is -£50 mark for only thing similar - no chance of a repair now as the transformer serial number is nowhere on google, as the service manual states it's a whole board replacement.
