You can test quad packages quickly setting it up for the high input Z/low outZ 1:1 amp - 2 corners with a 1K-100k pull up for gdn ref pin 3+, 100% feedback (pins 1-2 linked), input pin 3; then alternate the +-15V power lines when you turn it upside down, sine wave in = sine wave out.
